NEVER GO HERE. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. First, the woman behind the counter is SO rude and snotty. They have a childrens area and she yelled at a grandparent, telling her to stop letting her child be so loud and the poor grandmother was stepping on ice the rest of my 1 hour wait time. You always have to wait for hours, especially if you are there for the orthodontist or for the kids day. They made my teeth more sensitive after they worked on them. They still are sensitive to touch and it has been nearly a year. The orthodontist is snotty. He also took my braces off while my bottom teeth were still crooked and my bite was off. I am waiting for him to tell me I need them again. -_- The retainer they made had sharp edges, and I had to file it down myself with a NAIL FILE. The retainer for the top didnt even fit me properly. It doesnt even look like my teeth. I wore it for a night and it made my teeth shift into the ugliest positions! I called 30 minutes after I got it, and they were closed. It was 5:30pm. They were supposed to close at 7:00pm. I left a message and they still have not called back. That was a week ago. Lastly, the only good part about that dentist was the hygenist. She was thorough and so nice. She is gone now, though. The new one is AWFUL. She barely cleaned my teeth. She put the flouride on my teeth with her FINGER, (instead of the foam mouth tray,) and didnt even let it sit for 5 minutes like every other dentist I have ever had. THIS PLACE IS SO BAD. DONT LET THE APPEARANCE FOOL YOU. THEY ARE THE WORST PLACE AND WILL DECEIVE YOU ON WHAT WORK YOU NEED DONE AND WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU SO BADLY. (This is a not my real account, I just dont want them to have it in for me and pull allof my teeth out.)

I felt violated after leaving this dentist. I felt so awful having trusted the dentist there as a medical professional and it was especially disturbing that they would do this to children. horrible place. Dont let the cleanliness and organization fool you. I brought all three of my kids here. They told me that I needed a cap, and a tooth pulled on my 6 year old. I did it. Then they told me I needed to have EIGHT of my 8 year olds teeth pulled because they would interfere with the adult teeth coming up and they would make them crooked. I had 3 of them pulled and over heard him telling the mother in the next stall the same thing, and then was supposed to go back for the rest. I felt it was extreme and that it would interfere with my sons chewing because all the pulled teeth wouldnt be coming back in for months to maybe even a year or two, so I brought him to a reputable orthodontist for a second opinion who had been in business for 20 years and he said nothing was needed. He was appalled that they were going to put him through that. I was also told that I could not take my sons silver capped tooth that they pulled because it was so called "infected" Im not sure how a tooth made of silver becomes infected, or how it would make any difference if we took it other than they wouldnt be able to scrap it for money. I guess if youre going just for a cleaning youre safe but I wouldnt let them have the benefit of your money, unless you support putting small children through agony for no reason and I certainly wouldnt bring any children there. They apparently prey on the young and health insurance payouts.

So...2 weeks ago I saw a local dentist who referred me to Prime for extractions and dentures. The appointment was made in front of me by telephone by the office manager of the reffering dentist. My husband was also referred for appointment that day as well. We arrive at Prime 20 minutes prior to our appointment for 1st time patient paperwork. My husband was excorted to a cubicle by a woman, unidentified and told to "sit". 10 minutes later an unidentified woman enters and proceeds to "clean and xray full mouth". My husband declined as the referring dentist just did and billed ma health for. Mind you we came bearing paper referrals with paper xrays. The "office manager" R, well call him, stated " thats not a referral and those are not our x rays" and refused to treat both my husband and I. Mind you he did this in front of a ful waiting room not quietly either. There were 12 people present and one woman left before being seen due to our interaction. R. Threatened to call police.....he was the only one yelling. We left....off to find a legit dentist. Notifying ma health of our experience.

I spent thousands of dollars cash on three crowns. Within a year I was back there having all three crowns fixed because they came off. Within a year from then, I was back again 2 more times for the same crown not seating well. The second time that year they exrayed it and said it has a cavity that goes to the middle and I need root canal to which they were going to charge me full price for something that would never have happened had they set the crown properly in the first place. I refuse to pay them another dime for that tooth and now Im left with the choice to pay someone to remove a crown and root canal a tooth or just pull the tooth. In the meantime a second crown have come off again. Every time a crown has come off, its been while I was flossing. I could not be less satisfied with a dentist. Never use this dentist. I will be suing Prime Dental, but for now I writhe in pain contemplating what to do with this tooth.

I am very pleased with Prime Dental. The front staff is very friendly, helpful, and courteous. So far; I have experienced two hygienists and both did a good job cleaning my teeth. I cannot complaint at all about Prime Dental; specially, because the first time I went in I was in terrible pain and got out pain free. I was seen by Doctor Lee and he was very professional and knowledgeable. What I like most about him, is that he is very realistic and straight forward when giving a diagnostic. In my case the X-Rays did not show any problems, and he said that when this happens, there is a big possibility of the tooth being cracked inside. Since the X-Ray detected no problem, I had to take my chances and told him to open the tooth. When he did, for my amusement the tooth had more than one crack , He fixed it, and I was free of pain :) Thank you Prime Dental Staff for all the service I have received from all of you.

I take my younger two children there since I have Mass Health for them. I, however have Blue Cross for myself and they did a ton of work on my teeth, even though my teeth are healthy. I went to a well known dentist in Duxbury and they had to redo all the work they did because the filling was blocking another tooth and it made it so I couldnt floss. The tooth became so bad since Prime Dental drilled so much of the tooth that I had to get the tooth pulled ; and now I need a dental implant. This place is a sham. I also had my daughters tooth pulled there and apparently EVERY kid in the office needed a tooth pulled. Strange isnt it. Needless to say Ive racked up quite a bill for myself and would NEVER return. I truly believe they are conning their clients. I wouldnt be surprised if they were submitting false claims to Mass Health to get money they dont deserve. Its a disgrace!
