I just had my first appointment with Dr. Will 2 days ago. Being a college student and not being covered on my parents dental insurance, I had not seen a dentist in a few years. I was greeted by the receptionist Rebecca who was very warm and welcoming. After completing some paper work, Dr. Will came and met with me personally. He asked me all about my dental history and if there were any changes I would make with my smile. I explained to Dr. Will that I had a tooth that had been bonded when I was in middle school and had become discolored. This made me very self conscious about my smile. Soon after, I was taken into x- rays, pictures, and my cleaning with the hygienist Amy. Amy was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. She spent a lot time cleaning my teeth and educating me on what measures I could take in order to keep my teeth in tip top shape. After my cleaning, I met with Dr. Will again and he showed me the pictures he had taken of my teeth. The pictures showed that my original bonded tooth was not even placed correctly in my mouth! Dr. Will suggested that I have 2 veneers put into my mouth to cover the flaw and teeth whitening to get all my teeth the same color. I am starting my whitening and veneers within the next 2 weeks! (something that usually takes months to schedule at other dentist offices) I am overjoyed that this problem area in my mouth will soon be gone! I have never had a dentist work with me so closely and listen to what I WANT. Dr. Wills office also worked closely with me to get on a payment plan I could afford on my time. This is very important to me being a college student. Overall, my experience at LuxeSmile was great. They have top of the line machines and amazing, friendly staff. You can tell that Dr. Will takes pride in his work and aims to please all of his clients any way he can. I am so excited to start my journey to a better smile and I do not think this would be possible without the help of Dr. Will and his team!

This is the BEST dental practice Ive EVER been to! I moved here from Boston two years ago and I was quite nervous to change my dentist as Im already a bit of an anxious dental patient to begin with. My anxiety was eased a bit upon my initial phone call with Rebecca who is very professional, polite and accomodating. How refreshing. A few days later when I set foot into LuxeSmile I was impressed by the atmosphere- so clean and modern while also being comfortable and cozy. Dr. Will and his staff had such a calm and cool demeanor that it put me right at ease. With each visit, whether its a cleaning, a crown, a filling, Luxe Smile has gone way above and beyond my expectations. Additionally, the hygienist Amy is not only great with adults but shes AMAZING with the little ones. If you have a toddler or young child and have been contemplating where to bring them for their first dental visit then LuxeSmile is the place to go! I brought both my son and daughter here when they were each two years old and this is one of their favorite places to visit. Lol. This is a one stop shop for our family. Thank you Dr. Will, Amy, Christine, Rebecca, PerriAnn, Scott and the rest of the LuxeSmile staff! Were fortunate to have a place like this on the South Shore!

Dr. Will and his wonderful staff are amazing. I walked into his offices, which is like walking into a spa, looking for a new dentist because I was afraid of going to my old one. He made me feel comfortable and we discussed my options for my dental care after doing an amazing cleaning and exam. I love the music and Dr. Wills extremely modern high tech equipment. I had a rather deep filling done and it was painless. I will be going back without fear due to his amazing skills. Thank you for such wonderful care. - Valerie UPDATE - Absolutly Awesome. Ive had a few more visits, with Dr. Will providing a dental plan that fit my budget and my dental health. Dr. Will and his staff are wonderful and I will continue to spread the word to all my friends in need of an AWESOME dentist. Thanks again Dr. Will.

I love everyone at LuxeSmile. I have always had an irrational fear of the dentist but Dr. Will made me feel so at ease. The equipment is top of the line and they have done everything possible to make you comfortable, from choosing the music they play to the comfortable chair to the sunglasses they give you so the lights dont blind you. They made an experience that I usually dread one that I actually look forward to. I recently took my young children there as well and the hygienist, Amy, was amazing with them. She was calm and patient and went slow whenever they were nervous. She also took the time to show them how to take care of their teeth and brush properly. The overall experience at LuxeSmile is truly the best. I cannot recommend LuxeSmile enough!!!

With plenty of experience with dental work, dentists and dental techs, Never before have I felt like I was such competent and caring hands. Dr. Sarah and her assistant examined my broken (over a year) molar and quickly determined that they could put a crown on it in an afternoon. I was skeptical since two other dentists had determined the tooth not suitable for a crown offering options both involving thousands of dollars and a long drawn out process. After meeting Dr. Sarah and learning about their 3d scanner and dental ceramic printer I made the appointment and with 2 appoints, 1 to prepare the tooth and 3d scan the tooth then returning to have my newly minted perfect fitting crown put on! IMPRESSIVE! AFFORDABLE ! YEAH!

Aside from Dr. Wills ability to make me feel so unbelievably comfortable and at ease, he is INCREDIBLY knowledgeable and fixed a tooth that has been plaguing me for years and now I am so happy with my smile! The office is much more "Disney World ride" and much less "dentist office" ... you have the ability to customize your favorite Pandora stations while they work on your mouth (and they remember your selection for next time!) or you can watch anything on Netflix or OnDemand TV, all with headphones so the sound of the drill is completely drowned out. They give you iPads to play with while you wait and the office dynamic is incredibly fun and laid back. Cant say enough amazing things about Luxe Smile!

LuxeSmile was a fantastic experience for me. Being too long between dentist visits I was brimming with trepidation before visiting. My anxieties were rapidly dispelled by both Rebecca and Dr. Burghardt. The office is clean well lit, and modern. All of the dental equipment is state of the art. They tailor the experience to you, right down to your taste in music. The procedures being conducted are clearly explained and Dr. Will ensures you understand what to expect. I cant say enough positive things about LuxeSmile. Who would ever have thought that going to the dentist could actually be a pleasurable experience?"

I can not say enough about Dr.Will and the entire staff at LuxeSmile.I am a 50 yr old female that has been very phobic of dentist my whole adult life..I have avoided going to a dentist and the times when I have seen a dentist and was a very bad experience. I went to Dr.Will with my teeth in very bad shape and thought there was not much hope to ever have a nice smile..Dr.Will did not only make it possible to have a new nice smile but made me beyond comfortable and very at ease.I can actually say that I look forward to to my dental appointments with Dr.Will and Staff..:) With Huge Thanks, Alice Murphy
