Outstanding Customer Service, from the time you walk in the door by the wonderful receptionists Kathy and Donna. Isabelle is my cleaning hygenist who is one of the best in the industry. Outstanding personality, and quality of cleaning is exceptional with great customer service and satisfaction. Dr Vallee is my dentist, and his manner of going above and beyond to make you comfortable in the chair and certainly allows you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about your dental care. I have found him easy to talk to, help makes you feel comfortable while doing dental work, explaining what he is doing, progress, and ensures before leaving the chair, your comfortable with the work performed. I highly recommend Progressive Dental Care in So. Portland to anyone who is looking for the best in Dentistry!

Recently I switched to Progressive Dental Care/Dr Valle. I needed a crown replaced. The office staff very quickly scheduled my appointment. Over the years I have had a tremendous amount of dental work performed from root canals, crowns to implants. The crown repair and replacement performed by Dr Valle is one of the best, if not the best, dental work I have had. State of the Art equipment is used. More importantly it is the skill of Dr Valle and his staff that is most impressive. The temporary crown seated beautifully and looks and feels terrific. I cannot wait to have my permanent crown seated and to have my first dental hygiene visit. I am certain they will surpass my expectations. Thank you Dr Valle, Celeste, Donna and the office staff. I am extremely pleased with the results.

There is nothing you could ask for in a dental office that Progressive Dental Care does not already provide. From the friendly, professional and sincere greeting, to the prompt referral to the hygienist or dentist you are there to visit, to the most up-to-date as well as friendly care, every part of your visit will be a good one. Efficient and accurate record keeping makes sure you have whatever treatment or X-ray is recommended for your particular circumstance. Okay, so you are sitting there with your mouth open. But, other than that its more like a visit with old friends. Ive been going to Progressive for over 20 years. I cant imagine going elsewhere.
