My 90 year old father had an appointment at 2:30 pm. They made him wait 2 hours, shut the lights off in the office and forgot about him. He sat there and when he went to find someone the lights were off. Not to mention my 88 year old mother who has heart issues and chronic back pain was in so much pain in the waiting room while the office took everyone else before my fathers 2:30 appointment. He wasnt late..They just made him wait. So they wont be going back. The traffic my father had to deal with at rush hour because of this delay was awful and avoidable. Very upset.

I was nervous about having Lasik eye surgery not knowing what to expect. The staff was very friendly and professional and really put me at ease after explaining the procedure. The procedure only took about ten minutes and I felt absolutely nothing. Dr. Nielsen was fantastic explained what was going to happen and I got off the table seeing better than when I went in. Its only been three days and I havent had my follow-up yet but I highly recommend the Lasik and the Nielsen Eye Center

Dr Moreira was fantastic. She took the time to explain the whole procedure as well as how long it would take for the full affect to be realized. My wife still can not believe how well she can see and often laughs that she still reaches up to grab her glasses. She had the flapless Lasek procedure which takes up to 6 months for the full affect but even after 6 weeks her vision is almost 20/20. Thumbs up for the staff at the Nielsen Eye Center.

I was impressed with the overall experience at Nielsen Eye Center. After visiting one of the "chain" eye centers, I was disappointed with the results. I had to repeat multiple exams at my own expense, only to realize it was because they didnt perform the initial tests properly. The staff at Nielsen were very professional, and the results of the Yag laser treatment was remarkable. I wont be going anywhere else for eye care ever again!

I had my LASIK done at 8 oclock in the morning. The procedure itself was quick and painless. Everyone working there made it such a pleasant experience. I left around 9 oclock in the morning, and I could see great when I woke up at 2 oclock in the afternoon! I was lucky enough to not have any side effects or pain at all. I would highly recommend Nielsen Eye Center to anyone that is considering having LASIK done.

My appointment was great! From setting it to going in, the office staff was all helpful and friendly. My fears were calmed by the tec that first checked my eyes as she was caring and patient. Dr. Nielsen then came in and answered all of my questions and never made me doubt that I was in great hands! I highly recommend Nielsen Eye Center
