We are fortunate to have found a true family oriented Dental Practice. Prior to finding Mossmann Family Dental in South Lancaster MA, my wife and I did not have a sense of loyalty to a particular Dental office. Dr. Michael Mossmann and his wife/hygienist, Leah Mossmann; have taken care of our family’s oral health with a caring and compassionate approach for the last seven years. My wife and I have two young children, ages six and three. As many know, it is hard to find a place where children are not afraid of going to the Dentist. On the contrary, our children are always excited to see Dr. Mossmann and Leah, they are amazing, always making them feel comfortable while having their teeth checked and cleaned. The special little toy they get to pick out after they have been so good…helps too! We would recommend Mossmann Family Dental to anyone that is looking for a warm and inviting atmosphere, friendly staff (Barbara, Lois, Erin) and a Doctor/Hygienist team that you can trust to take care of your family’s teeth. My 7 yr old had to get sealants put on his molars. He is high anxiety and gets concerned about any procedure. He has been through a lot of ortho trauma lately, so it was so refreshing to have a good experience at the dentist. He loves Leah and has always been comfortable going to her for his cleanings. Michael and Hannah were very patient and careful with Sammy on this visit. They were very accommodating, they understood his anxiety and went at his pace. Excellent patient care! Sammy was over it quick and happy to go back on his next visit. It makes a difference in childrens care when they can walk away having had a good experience. My son has never had a fear or distaste of going to the dentist thanks to Mossmann and their approach. My whole family goes, but I highly recommend them for children.

Mossmann Family Dental was recommended when I was looking for a place to take my 3 year old for his first appointment. I anticipated a major struggle to get through the cleaning and exam, but Leah was outstanding. When we arrived, she spent time getting to know him and helping him to feel comfortable. And she explained and walked him through every step of the process in fun, creative ways. She made the first dental visit an amazing experience, and my son still talks about how nice the dentist was and wont protest a bit when it is time to return. I expected tears, but not that theyd be my own, as I couldnt have imagined a more wonderful dental experience for my son. I promptly decided to switch to this practice as well!

If you do not look forward to going to the dentist, then you are going to the wrong one. I was terrified and embarrassed to step foot into a dental office. I had many experiences of going for an initial exam from a cold dentist and leaving discouraged because so much work was needed and not to mention the crazy price tag to go with that work. If it were not for the constant pain from my teeth, I would have given up. Lucky for me, I found Mossmann Family Dental. Barbara, Leah and Mike are all warm, friendly and actually CARE about your dental needs and overall health while keeping your budget in mind. I am truly grateful for their amazing service to me and my family and recommend them any chance I can.

The staff at Mossmann Family Dental are such professional, honest and good people. Dr. Michael Mossmann and his wife, who is the dental hygienist, are both exceptional. After dragging my feet for 18 months or so, I finally picked a new dentist: Mossman Family Dental. I am really happy with my choice! The husband and wife duo who do the dental work are terrific. Ms. Mossman was meticulous in looking over my and cleaning my teeth at the first appointment. She made a few simple and inexpensive recommendations for my brushing style and recommended a different mouthwash -- its made all the difference for me! I definitely recommend this office.

Hands down the friendliest, most welcoming dental office Ive been to in a long time. Dr. Mossmann (Mike) is very honest about what you need and what you dont. I have a crown that is wearing down and my previous dentist was pushing me to pay hundreds of dollars to put in a new one. Mike took a look and told me that it was perfectly fine. My wife, who is deeply uncomfortable with dental offices, also goes to this office. She is very impressed as well.

My kids love going to the dentist because Leah and Mike dont just do their job but are great with the kids as well. Very professional, honest, and sincere service providers. We are so grateful to have found them. We used to live 15 minutes from them when we began going there but have since moved. Even though we are now 30 minutes away we still take the time to go to them because they are just great. Thank you for being there for our family.

Our 4 year old has been to the dentist one other time. While that went well, we decided we wanted a dentist for the whole family and one that was welcoming and interested in the patient. We felt immediately welcomed and all of our communication has been so positive and kind! Our daughter came home so excited about her "princess teeth" and cannot wait to go back again! I recently became a patient at this office. I cant express enough what a fantastic experience it was. Being someone who dislikes going to the dentist and has some anxiety about it, they made me so very comfortable and were so involved with my level of comfort the entire time.
