I still dont have glasses or contacts. Wrong prescription on both my glasses and contacts even though I brought in the glasses I wear and my contact prescription. I said I was happy with my contact brand but yet they tried to sell me a different brand that costs more. Everything cost more than the last place I bought my glasses. I only went to Sears because of my insurance and now Im returning my glasses. Im having them change my glasses back to the original script and going elsewhere.

Always great service......however, open times on website are not accurate. The optical deparment does not have the same hours as the mall.
