I had my vision test and got new pair of glasses all good so far. Then a couple of weeks ago my frame broke and one of the lenses popped out. Later unable to find that lens i went to get a new lens for that eye. They are pretty efficient, and i got the lens set in an hour. NOW... when i try them on... CRAP i cannot see anything properly. They said may be because my glasses were not aligned before, and now that it is you will feel better in a day. "Okay".... so i tried it over the weekend.. and got a bad .. real bad headache... To my relief I found the lens I had lost before, and replaced the "sick" lens myself.... and the world looked better now. GUESS WHAT THE ERROR WAS..... THEIR SYSTEM HAD INCORRECT LENS NUMBER. I am yet o discover what the issue was.... but i guess instead of a "PLUS", they gave me a "MINUS" ...WAS A CRAPPY WEEKEND , and the rating is for spoiling it.

Rude staff. One of the male employees who I can only assume was the manager was yelling at a female employee that she was taking too long with me. I felt like I was just a dollar sign not a customer that was cared about.

terrible, just dont go here, they messed everythng up I have now been waiting six weeks for my glasses UNACCECPTIBLE !!!!
