Dr. Niel Schram is definitely one of the best optometrists Ive ever had. Not only is he professional and courteous, but you can tell that hes very experienced and has seen pretty much every quirk and problem you could have with your eyes. Ive been to quite a few optometrists before, and he was telling (and showing) me things about my eyes that I had never known before. He makes the entire experience very relaxing and easygoing, as though youre getting checked out by an old friend. He also offered me some good advice about living in Charlestown! The location is great, the service is great, and I really dont know how I could have improved my experience!

Dr. Schram is a professional who takes time to explain and answer any questions. Youll never feel rushed or like you are being upsold like most of the chain optometrists. He is old school in the best way possible.
