I broke my glasses in December and went to LensCrafters for the quick turnaround expecting nothing more than glasses in one hour. I was pleasantly surprised . The selection was good the service excellent and the glasses great. I saw they were having a sale and went back in July for a second pair. That too was a positive experience. What makes the place so good in this day and age is the people that work there. I highly recommend a very nice person named Cheri. She is knowledgable fun and great at fitting glasses..I also had a very positive experience with Amy she too is a pleasure to deal with when looking for glasses. The glasses are great and the price was right but mostly the ladies that helped me made the sale.

Turnaround was great but some of the salesmen are so PUSHY. I think I know if I want to get new frames so dont force them on me and dont act like Im making a big mistake for not. Also after I got my new lenses the guy didnt take my complaint seriously that they didnt feel right. Ive worn glasses for 20years and this will be my last time going to this Lenscrafters.

Too expensive for what you get. Youre better off at Costco and BJs if you can wait for your glasses. 30 day warranty for expensive glasses? Not like they used to be. This is a money making, penny pinching, over priced chain now. Their frames dont hold up to falling off your face, just once. Gum popping sales people not helping their image either.

Scheduled an appointment a week in advance, then got a call the day of and they informed me that they would not take my insurance, so I cancelled the appointment to find out later on that they do accept my insurance. They really should get there facts right before telling customers the wrong information.
