This place came highly recommended by so many family members that I felt that it would be the best interest in my daughter to bring her here for her eye exam. On top of waiting over an hour the older secretary was giving me such a hard time about a referral. Even after I explained the referral was coming she still gave me a hard time about it. On top of that she was speaking really loudly with other employees about our situation All it did was make me really angry and I cancelled the appointment right there and asked for my copayment back. This woman was very unprofessional and they have no concept of time, waiting over an hour just to be seen is ridiculous. If we were running late Id get an earful especially from this woman.

I had a torn retina, despite my not being a patient his office fit me in and he did the laser surgery right then. Even though he had to stay beyond the time he had office hours. My own eye doc told me, to go to the emergency room. My primary is in the same building as he is. One phone call and I was in a chair getting treated.

We send many pts to Dr Vaid. They love him. They do complain about the wait but they all say hes worth it. The front desk staff is so friendly and caring.

Very bad experience they over book and then they rush you through like cattle 2oclock appt finally you go in at 3pm and you get rushed
