nice people but bad professionals, I purchased a series of treatments, first of all their laser machine is outdated or not working properly or else- anyway, it just doesnt work (tried other place- got rid of the problem in 3 treatments). now another moment- nobody was keeping track of the number of treatments so when I requested a refund for unused sessions i was told that there is no record of my sessions and my request was denied in a very casual way. stay away from this place, suburban treatment all the way.

It has been a while since Ive been to this office but when I did go, my first visit ever, it was a very disappointing experience. I cant even remeber the name of the woman I saw, but she made me feel unimportant and i felt she was very dismissive. Perhaps this place is more for cosmetic dermatologic concerns? I had communicated my need for a yearly skin check and that I was not interested in any sort of treatments of a cosmetic naturen.

The appointment list is not an absurd amount of waiting. Appointment was on time. Jen, my dermatologist was perfect; she could not have been better. She explained everything clearly, and wrote down exact directions, and was clearly an expert in her field.
