Cant recommend enough that you find another dermatologist. We had several bad experiences within our one and only visit. For starters, we had an hour wait (which I get happens once in a while), but not a good first impression. After our hour wait, a nurse met with us and that was it for part one. Despite paying for a doctors visit, we never actually got to see a doctor. The second problem was the medication they prescribed made both of our kids break out in a much worse problem then we brought them in for in the first place. I understand there can be side effects to medications, but I would also assume a doctor (had we actually seen one) would have have discussed potential side effects. The worst part came after all this. It was the lack of communication, and the difficulty getting a hold of anyone. Our kids broke out in a horrible and painful rash as a result of the medication they prescribed, and we tried getting a hold of them for a week (couldnt get through to a direct person, and no one returned voice mails). Eventually we showed up with one of our children to show what happened, and demanded to see one of the owners of the practice. They were apologetic and they gave their personal cell number. While this gesture was nice, it was way too late at this point. There are several other posts about difficulty with communication. Clearly they do not take their practice seriously if this continues to be a problem despite all the complaints. I would also strongly encourage one of the doctors at the practice to start responding to these complaints.

Total lack of communication!!!! I spent several months and many tries to get my prescription filled on time because no one from that office would call it in during my allotted slot, they would "forget". I heard Jackie talking about my personal medical information in the hallway through a closed door which is a huge HIPPA violation. They also tried charging me for services that I wasnt supposed to be charged for..again, complete lack of communication. One of the receptionists has the worst attitude you could imagine, she doesnt belong in a public setting if shes that miserable.

Went in for acne and scar treatment. I will never go back here. I wasted 3 months trying to get some treatment, when I turn around and ask them for an alternative and cosmetic approach, as I know it takes while for my harmonal problem to correct. I am here for dermatology or cosmetic reasons. We as patients seek help, if doctors cant help atleast they shouldnt mislead saying, they cant do anything about. Common we are in advanced medicine era...wouldnt refer anyone to this place again. I wasted my time now searching for a good dermatologist again

I have had good luck with my treatment here and my skin has cleared up tremendously with what they have prescribed for me. My only criticism would be is that it seems they book too many people for the same time slot so my appointments are always very rushed, in and out. My Dr nor anyone else has barely looked at or even touched my face and no extractions have been done when its obviously needed. I have a type of acne that needs to be lanced and extracted to go away and Im left to do it myself which can be quite challenging and cause scaring.

I went here because they could get me in quickly with their PA. They were very friendly, seemed thorough, I felt a bit rushed but overall I was happy. Until I got a second opinion with another dermatologist on two moles my PCP found. She did biopsies on both and they were both melignent and I need to have further surgery. If I hadnt gone to someone else and had waited another year to get checked again this may of had an even worse outcome than this. So I do not recommend this place- its scary that this PA missed not just one but two moles.

They are quite literally the worst dermatology office you can go to. As a college educated individual in the health services field, I have never seen an office so ice cold about the cares and needs of the patient that they r serving, they only care about making more, an more appointments with them so you will give them more money. Never, have I been given the care I deserve and Im still chasing it.

How can any company stay in business being only open weekdays from 8-1?? Normal people who work have to take time out of work to get seen. Also I played phone tag with them for so long, I just gave up and went to another doctor. I dont get it. I did not mind since they did not help me at all and I felt like they just wanted me out in two minutes.... Rush Rush.

I saw Shane, a PA-C, and he was great. Everyone in the office has been super accommodating and friendly. I had a somewhat urgent concern, and my PCP said she couldnt see me for 2 months. Shane actually came in early the next day so that I didnt have to wait 2 weeks to see him. Its nice to have a provider who actually cares about their patients!

Horrific lack of communication! I l came here almost 2 months ago waiting for my stellar shot to come in, which normally takes a week or so. 2 months later Im finally getting it! This is an outrage. Plus the nurse assistant for Dr. Jacqueline came up with excuse on top of excuse when I made my opinion clear. I dont recommend coming here.

I have excema on my legs and went to them 14 times in 2 years at a 25 co-pay each time. Was seen by several assistants and never given proper medication...they took a bioposy to discover that I had excema (which I knew). It seems the focus in this place is plastic surgery and botox. I have since gone to a proper dermatoligist.

Went to multiple dermatologist and finally found the right dermatologist to go to. They actually found out what was wrong with me for which seemed like no other dermatologist could find out. They were really helpful and the wait wasnt long at all. I highly recommend.

I went to them for my face. I it cleared started to clear up in the next month from taken the meds. i am still taking the meds and its still getting better. best place ever. keep up the good work guys.
