Extremely rude customer service experience. I am unsure the name of the woman I spoke with, but her tone sounded highly annoyed and came off really rude. I am new to the area and was referred to your office by my pcp for treatment. Although I confirmed your office does not accept my health insurance there was a number of ways your staff could have handle the phone call. My question to the woman I spoke with is: Why do you even work in healthcare industry when your entire demeanor and attitude replaces helpful, caring & courteous with disgust, annoyance & judgement? Next time think twice before you tell a potential patient that youre too busy to hold two seconds for them, then welcome them by hanging up, and end off greeting them with attitude when they politely call you back. Treat others the way you wanted to be treated. Thank you.
