Like the others that have posted, I had a disappointing visit. I arrived on time and waited 40 minutes in the waiting room. During this time, I could overhear the secretaries gossiping about patients who would call the office or about their personal matters--very unprofessional. I did not agree with my health diagnosis based on facts I presented. I felt the general demeanor of the doctors inspection was coarse and a bit dismissive. I wish I could give her the benefit of the doubt---Im sure shes an intelligent doctor. However, at one point during my screening, the door to my room was left open to the waiting area as I sat there in only my underwear! All credibility lost. As I checked out, the secretary up front tried to strike up a personal conversation with me (for whatever reason), which was definitely prying rather than small talk. There is a true lack of privacy in this office, which is why I cancelled my follow-up appointment. I do not recommend this office.

I have been seeing Dr. Miller for several years now for annual screenings, and she has performed two minor procedures during that time. My daughter also sees her for teenage acne. I find her to be businesslike but extremely polite and efficient, and have been very satisfied with the service we received in her office. I do find that the waiting time can be long, but shes far from the only specialist where that situation exists, especially in a single-physician practice. She provided a sample of an excellent medication for my daughter to try for her acne, along with coupons for reduced copayments; the medication worked so well that my daughter now has beautiful skin and has lost her self-consciousness regarding this issue. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Miller to anyone.

I had an itchy skin rash for about a year. My family Doctor said it was psoriasis. I waited another year before going to a Dermatologist in Norwich. He said it was psoriasis. Both of them had an excellent "bedside manner". I waited another year before going to my wifes Dermatologist, Dr. Miller. She saw the patch on my chest from 10 feet away and said that it was basal cell carcinoma. She treated the problem. The skin was repaired and I havent had a problem since. Bedside manner is great, but Id rather a competent Doctor instead.

This clinic has the most unprofessional of staff. You can overhear them gossiping about the last patient that was just seen. When the doctor finally saw me, she would leave the room without even saying where she was going. And she would always have another staff in the room with her, writing whatever down. Talk about privacy! I was so uncomfortable the entire time and couldnt wait to get out. I am never going back there. I was referred to her by our family doctor and I already gave them my feedback.

I have been seeing Dr. Miller for nearly 9 years. At first I was a little turned off by her brusque manner, but once I realized what a good doctor she was despite the bedside manner, I was pleased. She is efficient and doesnt waste time, which I like. I have had no problems with the office staff, either. They are friendly and personable. If you are looking for warm fuzzies, go somewhere else, but if you want good dermatalogical treatment, I would recommend Dr. Miller.

Yes, Dr. was not very friendly. When she was finally in the room, she did not even look at me before she started to write the prescription. The fact is that Dr. did not look at my skin the whole time. I felt badly last experience. But I am going to see her again tomorrow and see what she acts. If thats what she is doing again, I am going to say something to her. I do not suggest new patient go to that place.

This is a terrible office. They spent more time trying to sell me their moisturizer than they did explaining how to use the medication I had received. I felt like I was at a used car dealership. Dr. Miller is unfriendly and her staff is unprofessional. I have never felt so uncomfortable at a doctors appointment in my life. There are other amazing dermos in New London, Please do not go to Dr. Miller.

I like Dr. Miller very much. Ive never had trouble with the staff either. I go there because Im worried about my adult acne, and she addresses that, and she makes sure to keep on top of my skin cancer screenings. I like that shes strictly business.

Really bad waited 30 mins to get seen. She was only in the room for 2 mins and left. Waste of time and money.
