Cancer check - had to push for a full body check... viewed like a passing car without bending over to look lower or closer. One 15 year old pimple on my face - "thats nothing"... no offer to rid me of this blemish. Feet itch with no visual symptom - "this little crack under your ONE pinky toe is causing the tops of BOTH your feet and ankles to feel itchy... go buy over-the-counter ointment." Thanks for nothing. Spent more time talking with his student intern than with me. UPDATE - spent $60 on athletes foot cream with no relief and lost sleep... internet says theres a simple test for foot bacteria (WTF doc?). Turned out to be an allergy causing my intense foot itch. Went to another doctor - full scan with purpose and an intense light. Freeze-off of a blemish in 30 seconds, free 15year pimple removal (another 30seconds) and a biopsy of the original possible skin cancer !!! Kuchnir could learn alot from my new doctor.

Dr. Donohue have very limited knowledge of basic skin issues. I took my 5 years old daughter because she had rough rash on her hands and arms, he could nt tell what exactly it is. he just gave regular steroids cream. My daughter was in so much discomfort even after applying the cream. Then we contacted other family doctor and he diagnosed something different.We applied right medicine, rash were gone next morning. I usually dont put negative feedback online I had to put this one because it is related to peoples health. Very disappointed from his performance.

Rushed appointment - the medical assistant/student (dont really know what he was) stayed in the room ..wish it coulda just been the dermatologist for privacy reasons. At my other place the medical assistant checks me in and gets me settled, takes information and then leaves..I just didnt understand that. This place simply wasnt a click for me..

Barbara Starr does a v. thorough full body check and saves pictures of moles that she thinks deserve watching for evolution. With a family history of melanoma on both father and mother side, this seems appropriate to me. She takes time to explain and listen to you. Dont get the bums rush.

He never did whole body check. Had a student with him. Asked ME where I had concerned areas on body. Barbara Starr NP is the only saving grace for this doctor!!!
