Ive been to many physical therapy places, so many Ive lost count. Then I found WPTS, I will go no place else from this point forward. I am a rather complex patient, they have the knowledge, skill and equipment to be able to offer me the most competent well round physical therapy experience. The staff is highly trained and knowledgeable. They have an AlterG treadmill, which helps those with lower limb injuries. Im my opinion this is the best invention for physical therapy ever! They also help you post your physical therapy with a MOC fitness center. Which offers medically supervised fitness training. A full gym, spin classes, Barre, weight lifting, sport specific training, and Kenitix. All under a well trained certified staff. Some other services • Dry Needling • Massage Therapy •STEM • Graston • Laser Lite Therapy • Release Neuromuscular Stimulation • TENS This list Im sure is longer. But if you are looking for a place the has everything in a friendly package, you found it.

I had to switch facilities due to many unsatisfactory conditions. In the winter the parking lot is barely treated/sanded, which in my opinion creates a hazard since most of the patients going there are in less than perfect physical condition. Second. There is a very limited amount of space/chairs in the waiting room, which I had to stand in, sometimes 20 minutes after my appointment time, waiting to be taken in to the gym area. They also book 3 clients per hour, per therapist, which doesnt give the therapists enough time to help the patient and I also had a different therapist every time I went there (approximately 10 different therapists) which doesnt help with consistent treatment. Lastly, the facility is pretty unsanitary and the pillow cases have previews patients hair on them and they dont use sheets on the tables and very rarely sanitize them. I will never return to this facility and I dont believe anyone should until they straighten out their act.

I would highly recommend that you consider using the services of Worcester Physical Therapy at 30 Glennie St. in Worcester. I did try another PT place early on, only to be discouraged and angry. Since then I have rehabbed to knee replacements, some muscle issues and health rehab. I cannot praise them enough. Judith Berlane

The staff at Worcester Physical Therapy are all wonderful and friendly, and theyll push you to make sure you are getting the most of each session and on your way to recovery! The anti-gravity treadmill is super awesome as well, and its been extremely helpful in getting me back into running again.

Half gym for the Spartan type, half rehab for the rest of us. Some therapists were very attentive, some were more interested in socializing with the "cute/hot/young clients & staff. More ego ego and less professionalism as I had expected
