The experience that Ive had (after having had knee surgery) with this team has been outstanding. I can see why they are how they are. From headquarters (Mike) and all the way to the separate facilities, ProEx Physical Therapy takes care of the patients and their employees. How do I know that? By the way I am treated each and every single day by the therapists in this facility (Gino, Maureen, Katie, Kenya, Wayne, and even the receptionists Rose Marie and Jane). They know what to do to improve our specific problems, they do it with a smile, and they listen. Trust me when I say, I wouldnt trade this place for any other physical therapy place. Customer satisfaction, service and dedication are key to attaining this level of high rating/review. I believe that if we, as people, leave bad reviews of places -- we also have a responsibility to leave good and great ones. People are not perfect, but these folks at Pro-Ex are pretty close to perfection! You wont be dissatisfied with them at all. And trust me, if you have a problem, theyll address it professionally and with a smile on their faces. That has been my experience and that of my spouse and we dont take reviews lightly. My expirence with Pro Ex has always been great. This is my third time using them for rehab from an injury. They are true professionals and very friendly every time I am there. My therapy has worked on each injury I had, and they enabled me to get back to work, with the proper training and home work out routines. I cant recommend them enough. If you have suffered an injury, this is he placeto go, to get you back on your feet.

Chris Jensen, PT and his staff did a great job rehabbing my knee. From start to finish they provided quality, professional care, that got me back on my feet quickly. They also did everything possible to coordinate my health insurnace benefits and help me navigate through a complicated and confsuing system. I would highly recommend Sports Therapy And Rehabilitation for Physical Therapy.
