I am thoroughly disgusted with the unprofessional behavior of Shankar Krishnan owner of Ascent Physical Therapy. After receiving care at his office Mr. Krishnan provided a multitude of fallacious and defamatory comments to the Physical Therapy Advisor at my Long Term Disability carrier. When I questioned him about the phone call he refused to provide any assistance stating the information he verbally gave to the PT Advisor was not in my record and I was on my own to defend myself regarding his comments! Mr. Krishnan further indicated it is not his problem how the PT Advisor interpreted his comments! I am left to do the same for my medical records! My records from his office are inundated with inaccurate entries regarding pain scores, patient stated improvements, functional ability, social history etc. The records also lack objective testing documentation of how my functional capacities were arrive at. Mr. Krishnan has refused to correct the inaccuracies in my records. He has also refused to provide me with any objective written documentation as to how the functional capacities in my record were arrived at! As far as I am concerned Mr. Krishanan does not care who he hurts as long as his PT claims are paid!

I would highly recommend Ascent Physical Therapy Specialists to anyone who needs physical therapy. My 17 year old son fractured both bones in his arm while skateboarding. He required surgery. It took a plate and numerous screws to repair his fracture. His surgeon informed us right away that he would not be able to achieve normal range of motion in his arm again due to his injury, but would be "functional with therapy." We were heartbroken. When he fully recovered, it was time for physical therapy. I chose Ascent based on meeting Shankar. He shared his philosophy of being a hands on Physical Therapist. His passion and dedication was obvious. Additionally, my son really liked and connected with him. My son had great results after much hard work. He has regained complete and full range of motion in his arm and wrist. His surgeon was AMAZED and I am delighted. Thank you so much Shankar.

Peace and professionalism is what you will find at Accent Pt along with excellent treatment coupled with caring loving Docs to correct our injuries !! I thank GOD for every person that works in that place with unison and order they accomplish your therapy. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else to get treatment. The atmosphere brings joy to Gods people!! Their experience alone say a lot for the knowledgeable staff that has joined together to deliver healing and INTHE NAME OF JESUS I SAY TY APT PLEASE COME AND SEE LOOK NO FURTHER

Best physical therapy experience I have ever had. Their knowlegeable staff stays with you thoughout the entire session and make customizations and accommodations as needed. They helped significantly reduced my low back pain that I have had for years. The therapists also gave me exercises to continue to further progress and have provided an open door for any issues that may pop up. I cant thank Dr. Shankar and his staff enough!
