While their doctors are good, they need a comprehensive reevaluation of their office policies. For starters, they pretend that all of their doctors are open to new patients but in practice this is not true. Although my daughters primary care physician was officially Sonja Earles (the doctor we selected), our daughter never saw Dr. Earles during the 6 months we were at the practice. However, the real problems didnt begin until we moved to a new state and tried to have our daughters medical records released. I tried to have my daughters records released over two weeks ago and still have not received them. First they lost my daughters medical records release form. When I called to check up later they told me that they could not send out her records until the following week because the service that they contract out to only comes once a week. They refused to send the records earlier even though they had lost my request. Finally, when I called back to ensure that the records were sent they told me that they would not send the records at all and that I would have to obtain them through Beaumont Hospitals online system. I still dont have the records and I am currently looking into options for legal action against their practice in order to receive them...apparently thats what it will take. Whatever you do, dont take your child here.

Dont appreciate being called 10 minutes before our appt for a cancellation when we are 30 min away and already in the parking lot. Yes I understand the doctor called in but really nobody else was there to see my kids? It was there annual physicals that was pre planned weeks ago with them being out of school and me being off of work. Prepped them for flu shot and gave them Tylenol beforehand for nothing. Thanks for wasting my time and day to have to do this all over agaim another time.

Doctors are good and have excellent bedside manner with kids. Have had multiple mixups on prescriptions and had trouble resolving. Doctors too busy to speak over concerns or return calls instead asking front office staff to handle. Customer service and courtesy lacking - the office manager Kim blamed the parents this time for signing for the wrong dosage on a prescription saying she expected us to read more carefully. Seriously?

Horrible experience the doctor yelled at my son for being to wild in the room. Unprofessional need to learn how to deal with children!

Good doctors but need to improve how appointments are scheduled to reduce wait time.
