So I dont usually write reviews, I had to reactivate my account in order to write this. So here is what happened. There was some confusion about what time my appointment was. I had called a few days earlier and changed the appointment date and time. It is a Saturday so it is by appointment only. At I get there at about 8:55 for a 9:00 appointment. Cute in home office. I pull around back like I was instructed during the scheduling call. There is a big sign that says entrance so that is where I enter. I am greeted buy an angry pit bull that immediately attacks one of my dogs. I kick this dog off mine a few times while trying to get back out the door. I get out and put the dogs back in the car. I call and get a voicemail and leave a very angry voicemail using some words that were chosen poorly. I get a call back about 10 minutes later on my drive home. She tells me that I was a half-hour​ early for my appointment which is why I was "inappropriately​ greeted" Now I understand that in my voicemail I was angry and looking back I would have worded it much differently. But still, an angry dog that has access to the reception area at any time seems like a bad idea to me. And that was not an inappropriate greeting, that was a straight up attack.

I received the worst customer service here at this center than I have ever received in many years. I could call in 10 times and get 10 different answers to a basica question, such as do you have indoor/outdoor kennels, how much does it cost to board a day etc. Then, in attempting to deal with an error on my bill (they charged me for 4 days instead of 2) the office manager hangs up on me. There is a vet down the road in Honor that I would highly suggest you use and steer clear of this place!

Seriously do not take your animals to any other vet in this immediate area! 2 other vets just gave up and said there was nothing we could do. Dr. Jan was our 3rd opinion and has laid out a whole plan of aggressive treatments and things we can try. She has such a positive outlook for my baby dog I feel so much better after seeing her today. I cannot say enough to recommend her!
