I was up at the hospital picking up my fiance. (He was in there with pneumonia).I got up to his room and he said they would let him out at 11:00. I said OK I will be in the cafeteria. I was in the cafeteria and my chest started hurting and I felt like I was going to passout.A doctor came over and asked if I was OK I shook my head no and they brought a gurney and if I could stand and I shook my head no. He got poeple over there to get me on the gurney. When they got me on it I yelled my chest hurts. My heart was beating about 230 to 240 beat a minute they whated to put me in the hospital but I refused. They told me to see my doctor haha big mistake. I went to see him and he said I had LOW BLOOD SUGAR. He didnt even read the report from the hospital just told me I had LOW BLOOD SUGAR. Well a couple of days later I was not feeling any better so I called to make a app with Dr mcglynn. He read the report and told me I have pneumonia and asked why I was not in the hospital. Well I give five mcglynn and the other doctors ONE!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been going to this particular doctors office for the last 14 years. As time goes on I hate the customer service I receive I have called numerous times and have been hung up on, as well as heard rude remarks by the staff, there is only one nurse that I will go to. I also hate that I have to see another doctor because mine is so busy. I also hate that I have to ask for another doctor if mine is out of the office, I have been told that some do not take my insurance etc If I am sick I want to be seen. I have been thinking now for a long time about switching and I tried calling today and got hung up on again not once but twice. I hate going to the med express because they charge me a $50 co-pay I just want to see my doctor.

The receptionists are always pretty rude and lack basic customer service skills, its a standard thing for this office that I just deal with because I love seeing Nicole Reul. I live in Ann Arbor and refuse to switch my primary care doctor because she has been my familys doctor for years. Shes very attentive to my needs and I never have issues getting a refill on necessary migraine prescriptions.

Their nurse Dianne called me at 10:30am saying they would be calling in my rx for me, only after 3 days of un-returned messages and 2 day stay in U of M ER is when they finally cld me. At 2 pm I went to pharmacy & there were NO Rxs for me. Called the office again. Dianne was very rude stating it hadnt been cld in yet due to having "many other patients ". Im done with this doc.

The doctors are good but you have to be up to fighting with their staff to get through to the doctor. Their receptionist JoAnn is horrific! She is extremely rude and will actually lie to you if you ask for a supervisor. The doctors really need to rethink the staff that they are hiring to represent them.

If I could give a negative rating, I would! The office staff at RCFP is extremely unprofessional, slow to return phone calls and rude to the point of hanging up on patients and pharmacies alike. My family will not be going back, which is unfortunate for the fairly decent physician staff.

be sure when u call their office to have some extra time on your hands.. oh and to be transfered to about 4 different people each time needing to explain the reason for your call.. no one tells you their name when they answer the phone to greet you either.. terrible customer service!

17 phone calls to schedule me for a colonscopy didnt get it done. Finally the hospital got sick of this lethargic staff and scheduled me without them as I am obviously nobody to Dr. Dewitts staff. So Dont have any great expectations of quality service.

I have been Dr. Dewitts patient at Rose City Family Practice for 8 years. He describes health conditions and treatment options in very understandable terms and has a great sense of humor. The support staff is friendly and efficient
