The office is incredibly slow at referrals, and frequently loses things. All the doctor cares about is getting you back in their office. A simple blood test that is perfectly normal requires an office visit to spend 1 minute telling you everything is good, keep it up. I saw him 3 months ago and when recently I asked for Rx refills I was told to come in the next day to see him. When I called in the next day to explain why I couldnt come in, they called my pharmacy and cancelled the order. These are heart, diabetes, acid reflux, and sleep meds that I now have to suffer withdrawls from for the next 5 days because I wouldnt come in for another office visit. Thanks Joe!

Extremely happy with Dr. Kozlowski. All the doctors really listen and take the time to make sure you understand everything. Very responsive and great to being cared for by them. Have been their patient for many years. Even when lived abroad came back to them for my yearly physical.

Couldnt be happier, I went thru a few Docs before settling here. Dr. Joe listens and is the best. Will, Dr. Joes nurse is great. He will go the extra mile and has for me dealing with insurance etc. A+ or 5 stars what ever you like.
