I have always had a great experience with this Tennova office. I have been seen by Dr. Johnston, and now use Dr. Collins, both are spectacular practitioners. Very caring and delightful staff are always on top of making sure you dont wait very long for your appt, and I personally have never waited longer than 15min to be seen. Dr. Collins offers 7 am appointments times which are quite conducive for not missing work. They also offer any other time, in case you might want to miss a couple hours. Both Drs I have dealt with are never hurrying you out the door. Theyre compassionate, caring, and take all the time you need to make sure you get and stay healthy. The nursing and office staff are amazing as well, making the Drs office as painless as possible. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a primary care Dr.

No concern for the patient. Looking to generate dollars only. Husband patient of 12 years, very ill, drove very long way for appointment. Was 4 minutes late and doctor refused to see him. However, you must be prepared to wait 20 minutes or so for the doctor. Pretty obvious the high opinion the doctor has of himself and what he thinks of his patients. Staff thinks patients are an inconvenience and treat them as such. Thankfully there are doctors out there who still have compassion and put their patients before the almighty buck.

I really wanted to enjoy going here but I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I have auto-immune problems and asked for a referral to a rheumatologist on August 6th. Here we are on October 3rd and I still have not received it after being told at least 3 times they would send it over for me. I have called the office multiple times and even gone in physically to check the status of my referral. Extremely unprofessional.
