Dr. Romer isnt a bad doctor, this is about the terrible mismanagement of this location. Terrible service. I was seen on a Friday and I was asked to "pick up" an aerochamber for my inhaler. Turns out I need a prescription for the aerochamber, not to mention I need a refill on my inhaler. All I could do was leave a message for a nurse to call me back within 24 business hours! UNACCEPTABLE FOR AN INHALER. Now I will have to probably go to the urgent care this weekend and fork out a ton of money all because PriMed has crummy sevice. Total losers!!! And this isnt the first time Ive had an issue like this. Why even bother??? Add up lost time at work, copays that you have to double-pay and theres no reason to even go there!

I waited for a full hour for my appointment to start and the doctor was hardly apologetic for the wait - citing technology issues. Its a shame that the doctors do not value their patients and our time. It would have been easy for a staffer to call me to let me know that there was a 60 minute wait for each patient. I will not be returning nor will any members of my family. I appreciate working with physicians who value me, my career, and my schedule.
