Dr. Tracy Bolden is amazing, I found her through caresource and she took my daughter in right away. My daughters doctor before was rude and not a very good pediatrician, he also was supposed to be the best child doctor in the area but no he was terrible and mean!. Dr. Bolden has been great and shes great with my little girl when we go there its like seeing an old friend. I recommended my mother to see her because my mom did not have a doctor at all and she was a diabetic. Dr. Bolden took her in as well and my mothers diabetes and health seem to be more under control than ever before. I would tell anyone looking for a family doctor or pediatrician to go to her because it the best care hands down!

Not very happy at this moment. . Our actual family doctor Ryan Bayko went MIA so My son was without a doctor. Tracie Bolen should have denied seeing my child knowing she was moving locations but she took him on. She prescribed my son ADHD Medication and since she moved to different location she wont see him anymore.. what a crock of bullshit!! She was a great doctor. To bad I reported to State Board.. Oh well back to square one.. All doctors wanna do is keep our children drugged up anyways.. She seen him multiple times at that , and told me I was able to follow her when she moved.. Ha look who lies.. bad bad..

I and the rest of my family (including three children) have been seeing Dr Bolden for over 5 yrs and she has a great bedside and is very polite, conscientious, and caring. She is very talented and up to date on the latest medical issues, but is also very quick to say when she needs to refer you to a specialist for a clearer diagnosis. Also the staff at Fairfield Road Physicians are very polite and Im almost always able to get a same-day appointment (unless its the Monday after a holiday or some thing). I couldnt be happier with her care and wouldnt think of going anywhere else!

Very upset with the quality of service (or lack there of) from this doctor and her assistant. I made an earliest appointment which was over 30 days away, and when I arrived she refused to see me because of some computer technicality with Kettering health network. She saw me at one location prior, then moved locations and refused to even see me because technically I would be considered a new patient and that she is not accepting new patients, but couldnt tell me this when I made the appointment over a month prior. Not happy with the poor communication and refusal of services.

A wonderful doctor! Great listener, very personable, excellent bedside manner. Very respectful of time. You get in at your scheduled appointment time. But if youre late you will miss your appointment, very simple. I love the fact that I can schedule an appointment during my lunch break and make it back to work on time. She was recommended to me after I had a horrible experience at another doctors office. Im so very glad I made the change.

Dr Bolden is very kind and also knowledgeable. She takes time with you and explains everything. She truly goes the extra few miles to be sure you are taken care of and your issue addressed. Also, you do not wait to see her. If your appointment is at 9am be there because that is when you are called back. That tells me not only is her time important to her but mine is also.
