My dad has been coming to see this "doctor" he has medicaid so not many choices n its five minutes away from home so convenience was good. But i have had it with this place i rather drive my dad far but to a real doctor. She has not helped my dad get better instead my dad ends up in gwinnett hosp. Just few days after seeing this doctor rodrigo. He ends up being very sick n staying at the hospital for over two weeks then we had to come back for follow up with rodrigo n she dobles the blood sugar medication without even checking, just asuming his sugar would b through the roof. Next day i do as she the "doctor" said. N my dad just gets really bad luckily the nurse that comes to see my dad at home checks him n said his sugar was way low n was surprised when i told her that doctor rodrigo doubled his medication just by asuming it would b high. She is playing with my dads health. Now im sitting here about to go home after waiting 2 without beeing seen only thing they have done is take his urine sample n let me tell u all how messed up this place is. My dad was supposed to put his urine in the cup n place the cup in the little window anyway u all know what that looks like n as he opens that he sees another cup n there is no pen nothing to write the name well if we put my dad urine there along with the other how the hell they would know whos it is. Last time i bring my dad here. Please take my advice n go somewhere else your health is too important to give this so called "doctor" rodrigo a try

I would highly absolutely NOT recommend this doctors office. Despite the google reviews, I still went into the office because I really needed to see a doctor and couldnt change my primary health care physician at the time. My experience both times that I went were horrible. All these reviews are shockingly correct: I watched the receptionists argue and disrespect many patients both in person and even the patients on the phone. The raised there voice to a few elderly people that were just trying to get help and a better understanding of things. Now for Dr. Rodrigo, she was terrible! I went in for a pap-smear and it took literally 60 seconds for her to do it. She rammed the silver tool in me even though I yelled in pain twice screaming ouch! I wanted to get off that table and punch this woman in her flipping face. After that she checked my ovaries with her fingers the same way! I was extremely furious. Once she was done rushing through my exam she started to leave the room without saying anything! I was like, um excuse me so whats going on? How did it look? When do I get my results? Whats the next step? I felt like as a doctor she should have answered those questions before rushing out. She was pretty rude, rushed my exam which hurt me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I am now in the process of switching to another primary physician. Do not, I repeat, do not waste your time, money, and health on this so-called doctor and her utterly rude staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rodrigo for over 7 years. I have had appointments with her for sickness, health and guidance during a personal crisis. I have always found Dr. Rodrigo and her staff to be professional, courteous and very helpful. Dr. Rodrigo has always been caring and meticulous in her medical diagnosis with me. She is thorough, she follows up and devotes as much time as needed for my illness or concerns. My husband is also a patient, he is very comfortable with her and thinks she is great as well. All referrals she has sent us to, have been excellent and each of these doctors spoke very highly of her. It has been my experience in talking with these various physicians that she is highly respected and stands in high regards with the medical community. I think Dr. Rodrigo is the finest doctor I have ever encountered and well worth any wait that is needed for her treatment. There are not many medical practices like hers. Thats because of her knowledge, kindness and caring. It starts at the top with Dr. Rodrigo and works its way down through her entire staff. Dr. Rodrigo, I became a patient of yours in December 2012, as my day to day doctor. My main issue was hypertension, which I monitored carefully until July 2013 when the medication I was on could no longer keep it down. You referred me to a cardiologist whom ran a strength test. I didnt finish the exam, having been unable to run any faster beyond a certain point. Immediately the cardiologist took me back to the office and told me return in two weeks. The results were not good because 4 arteries were found partially blocked. That finding required me to see another physician, a surgeon, who in less than 2 hours ordered that I needed to undergo bypass surgery with less than 12 hours notice. The surgery the following day, a quad bypass, was a success. Had it not been for your decision to act after not being able to increase my dosage to control my hypertension, I would not be writing these lines. My family and are incredibly grateful for keeping me alive. Thank you very much for your unconditional professionalism. Alfonso Cardenas

Son unos rateros que según cómo te ven te cobran dicen que ellos cobran de 70 para arriba por una consulta de 5 minutos me cobraron 90 más me dijeron que no cubría mi aseguranza y le cobraron a mi aseguranzas 279 llamo para hacer el reclamo me cuelgan o me dejan en la línea por más de 20 minutos llamo para atrás y una llamada Araceli me trató de con una forma grosera aparte que me dejo 25 minutos esperando en la línea le llamo para atrás y sufre demencia la mujer que no recuerda quién soy.

I am extremely happy with the courteous service I receive from Dr. Rodrigos staff. I have been her patient for 7 years. In my experience Doctor Rodrigo has demonstrated extensive knowledge and proficiency in her practice. Some things that I love about Dr. Rodrigo is that she takes the time to actually listen to hour concerns, also taking the time to thoroughly explain things to you in detail. Dr. Rodrigo will call personally if there are any issues with test results. Dr. Rodrigo has always encouraged me to better my health, through diet and exercise. I appreciate the fact that she helps you better your quality of life. I am happy that her office accepts many kinds of insurance. I have changed my insurance 3 times and they have all been accepted at Doctor Rodrigos office. My husband and my mom also see Doctor Rodrigo. I am planning to transfer my daughter to her office.

By far, the worst experience in healthcare ever. This doctor is clearly incompetent, and subjects her patients to the rudeness of personality and her staff. I am submitting a letter of complaint to the Ga. State Medical Board, because she wrote out the WRONG prescription for my son, and blamed it on us, when it was clearly documented in the medical records from Kaiser Permanente. At least an hours wait after your scheduled appointment; afterwhich you are subjected to a curt 5 minute appointment to which the doctor informs you - she does not have time to review your medical files! No more. We will NEVER return to this doctor, nor subject our children to her care. Her practice should be shut down until they learn how to treats patients with respect, care, and professionalism that they deserve. Dr. Rodrigo - you are simply a gross blemish in the world of healthcare.
