This was one of coldest and most disrespectful interactions I have ever had walking into a Doctors office. Roughly 20 minutes I walked into the front door to Dr. Martha H. Crenshaws office to make a walking appointment for my son. The receptionist told me, they do not take walking, they dont Have appointments available, they dont take new patients, and they do not have and enrollment period. She was extremely dismissive. I regret ever walking into the building, I regret ever ditching for a doctors office in my google maps.

Dr. Crenshaw has been my doctor since 1984. She has helped me through so much and has so much compassion which is hard to find in doctors these days it seems. Her knowledge of my different maladies is priceless. I moved away and trying to find a doctor who understands my needs is difficult so I keep opting for a long drive to see a doctor who knows me and who I know will help me. Shes a rare doctor for sure. I appreciate her so much.
