Im very proud of our team today! We have had this situation time and time again but this time i decided to share the story. I had a patient today that made me realize what makes our office stand out amongst others. The patient was visiting another office which she felt was overcharging for her cleaning visits . I sat down with her to review her x-rays taken at the other office and discussed their diagnosis and explained that the amount of money she was paying was correct. She let her guard down, became immediately receptive and allowed us to treat her needs. The biggest thing that sets our office apart from the others is our desire and ability to listen and explain to the patient their diagnosis and the cost associated with our recommended treatment plan to address thier needs. She was so satisfied by our office she scheduled appointments for her and her family.

I visited Great Expressions in Lincoln Park back in October 2016 and recieved exceptional care. Not one to write reviews, but the care I recieved at this location deserves recognition. The office staff is beyond dedicated to their patients. Scheduling an appointment with the front desk was effortless on my end. On the day of my appointment, I experienced a minimal wait time before being roomed. The hygenist, Jennifer, did a great job explaining and making sure I was comfortable during the treatment. Dr. Makki is the most compassionate dentist Ive had. He truly cares for his patients and took time to verify my understanding before I left the clinic. I have already recommended location to family and friends!

The staff at Great Expressions in Lincoln Park is friendly, nice and professional. However, when I went there for my semi annual cleaning, I was charged $70 for 5 minutes of simple and rushed work. I follow a very good oral hygiene and, honestly, I do a better job at home. I had to go home and finish what the "professional hygienist" didnt bother doing. So, if you take a good care of your teeth, their second cleaning appointment is totally unnecessary. Also, they try to sell you/market to you products you dont need (corporate agenda). And, I was able to find the very same product they tried to sell me $40 cheaper through a different vendor online.

I havent been to the dentist in a while due to work and the anxiety of what could be wrong and honestly I didnt want to go. I recently went to the great expressions in Lincoln Park and it was a great experience! The front staff was very helpful with my insurance and other forms. The hygienist Jennifer was nice, funny and very comforting. Doctor Makki took his time to explain treatment to me. You can tell everyone that works there has the patients best interest at heart. They have a patient for life and I strongly recommend this office!!!

Exceptional Dentist! Similar to many people, the dentist gives me the chills. However, I experienced no trepidation with Dr. Makki. Hes extremely thorough and diligent with all of his procedures. I am very fortunate to have met Dr. Makki and wish to schedule all my dental appointments with him. I strongly recommend!!

Dr. Makki is an excellent dentist. He really took the time to explain each procedure he was performing and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the entire process. The atmosphere inside the clinic is wonderful! The friendly staff truly makes each visit a pleasant and personal experience.

Great office - friendly professional staff - Kim is a great Hygenist! Able to get an appt as a new patient fairly quickly, and left my visit with a full printed treatment with anticipated costs. Parking right out front and pretty close to I75. Check out this great location.

Hands down the best dental office! The staff is very friendly, got me in a few times in a very short notice and took amazing care of me when I needed a tooth pulled at roughly 36 weeks pregnant. If any a very short wait time. Cant wait to go back in September!
