Hasnt been the best so I did end our relationship. I have also requested copies of my medical records several times over the year (2015) of which each time I have been told they would either work on it and get back to me or would fax them the next day of which has never happened. I will call again once again today. I feel that in order to get a copy of my records I may have to contact the BBB and medical board. Also when calling into the doctors office the people that answer the phone are less then pleasant from the word hello. The doctors attitude is confusing and one is unsure if she is having a bad day or if its something personal of which can change from visit to visit and she can be rather condescending, brush and hurry you out. I had good and bad experiences but I do believe one should not have any personal bad experiences with ones doctor thus I terminated our relationship. Update - I did reach Mr Holland in the doctors office this morning, whom was very uncomfortable about releasing his name to me but finally did, almost like he was hiding from the FBI, strange.... Non the less he agreed once again to fax my medical records to me (30 pages) wow I wasnt with this office long enough for 30 pages worth of writing I am certain, but okay fine. The charge to FAX my records to me would be $29.50!! Wow, to fax costs them NO money as it will be my ink and paper used, but they are holding my records hostage so I have no choice at this point. Gave him my credit card info. So lets see how this turns out for me. Update - after almost 1 year and 5 attempts to obtain my medical records and a $29.50 dollar fee just to have them faxed to me, I finally got my records! Thank God I can now close the door with the people permanently!

It took calling 27 of the authorized Drs for a specific treatment in the Downriver area before finally deciding to call Dr. Brawley. Every other doctor either had a minimum of a 1 month wait, did not accept insurance, accepted my insurance "but not for that kind of treatment", wanted between 2-5 times the normal office visit fee, etc. If you are getting the run around trying to find a doctor or are getting scammed by your current physician, Dr. Brawleys office has been great. There is never a long wait to be seen, she will work with you to find the med that works best for you, and even though I see her for a specific issue she always seems genuinely concerned with my overall health.

Dr Brawly has been my Dr for a long time now. The more time that goes on the more I find her medical knowledge is superior! Highly recommended!
