I went to my first visit with my new PCP the first week in Jnauary and was blown away by the care and consideration I received at Dr. Glassons office. I felt very welcome and my prior health issues were covered extensively. Upon completeing some labs, the results showed a concern and I was AMAZED that I received a phone call from Dr. Glasson at 8:00 pm to discuss them! NEVER has happened before! We discussed options and will readress findings at our next scheduled appointment. I have to say I felt like I truly mattered to this doctor and am THRILLED with my choice for her as my primary. She is very personable and I felt comfortable and at ease immediately.

Went in for a referral to an ent, she tried to get me to get my blood drawn for something unrelated. When I declined, she told me we could reschedule it for when I was more mature.. done going here. Will find a new general doctor who is more respectful of their patients. The ladies at the front counter were wonderful though and totally understood that I no longer wanted to return here.

She tried switching to a concierge service so I found a new doctor not paying a fee to have a doctor. When she couldnt cut it she had someone call and ask for me to come back. Only wants to help those with money. Steer clear of this doctor. She is exactly what you dont want.

My symptoms had been dismissed by my previous Dr. At my new patient visit Dr Glasson understood have bad they were and got me referrals right away to figure out what is going on.
