I started going to this office ablout 24 weeks into my pregnancy after having an awful experience at another office. So far Ive only met Dr. Magnet, Dr. Johnson and the nurse practitioner, Michelle. They are all great. Michelle is my favorite for no other reason beside I just feel more comfortable asking her questions. The fact that they have 3 locations to choose from and is open 5 days a week is very convenient. So far Ive been to Farmington Hills and Livonia. Farmington Hills office I enjoy even though I live in Livonia. The front desk staff great you properly and there are two MAs that have a great patient centered personality. Their names are Asita and Jacobss. These two staff members definitely deserve the be recognized for going above and beyond each visit Ive had with them. All in all Im happy with my choice to switch and have since recommended them to others.

I had huge fibroids that was causing me lots of discomfort and emergency room visits. I was very picky of my obgyn-i was looking for a Dr that is caring and would consider my request(save my reproductive system-i want to have kids). I met with Dr. Paul Makela and he gave me hope and scheduled me for a surgery(my condition was critical). My surgery was successful and everything worked in my favor!!! Dr. Makela is a doctor sent from Heven to me ☺ I would definitely recommend Dr. Paul R. Makela, MD to anyone!

Doctors and nurses are amazing. Ive already spoken with 2 doctors about the administration staff. For awhile I had issues with calling to change my appointments if I ended had an issue. I ended up calling the Farmington Hills office a few times so they could change it. Ive noticed a big difference within the past few months. Lets hope it stays this way.

I understand sometimes doctors get backed up, but I waited over an hour to finally see my doctor. Before she came in, the nurse very rudely accused me of being pregnant twice. When the doctor finally came in she seemed nice enough but I talked to her less than two minutes. Overall was not all impressed and left unhappy. I will be finding a new gyno.

After three months, five appointments, two wrong diagnoises, never being phoned by my doctor only nurses, and forgetting my blood work I had to go somewhere else. If you care at all about your health go elsewhere! They are just dreadful.

Love my new doctor/nurses. The office staff very disappointing. Left messages that were not returned. Called three times in a short time to talk to someone, no one answered until I called from my land phone.

This place never follows up, took two weeks to get my daughters results that they could not find. My daughter never got the help she needed from them.
