Dr. King is awesome, and the nurses and staff are very friendly. However, the service and wait times are HORRIBLE. Ive waited over an hour for an annual visit after being taken back to the room. Currently, Ive been waiting almost 3 hours to hear back about a perscription and I have to catch a flight in 2 hours. When i voiced my concerns about waiting hours and still not being able to pick my perscription up, the nurse told me to go to urgent care..... Which I would have done hours ago had I known that they would take hours to call in a perscription. Unfortunately, I will not be returning as a patient and wouldnt recommend this office to anyone even though the staff is great at what they do... Just not timely or considerate of their patients.

Oh my god, worst service on earth. I called for scheduling and they sent me to billing. Then they send me again to scheduling and they send me again to billing. They say that i am good to go and that i can make my appointment noe that i talked to billing and they forwarded me to scheduling again. And when i talk to scheduling they say " oh wait we dont remember you talking to billing, whats your name again ".

I was having a problem at my previous OBGYN in terms of billing and a less-than-polite office staff. Every visit with them seemed to be a hassle so I switched to Northwest OBGYN when not 1, but 2 friends of mine recommended the practice. I have had two visits there so far, and have found their processes to be very easy and the doctors very informative. Great group of people.

I have seen Dr. Leeman since I was I 18, (now 33) and could not be more impressed with both her and her staff. Excellent care and bedside manner. I have had a few issues that were challenging and heartbreaking as a woman to deal with. She was both professional and yet showed an incredible amount of heart while addressing them. I strongly recommend this facility.
