The medical staff here are all very friendly and helpful, personable and professional. The Doctors are so genuine in caring for each individual and there specific needs.I personally see Dr. Hazelbaker and have always been very pleased by the fact that... He attenatively listens to you. Dr.Hazelbaker truly takes the time to thoroughly address any questions or concerns you may have and goes above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable and well informed about your care and/or treatment plan. Wouldnt trust my care anywhere else.!

I see Dr. Hazelbaker & he is a wonderful man! The entire staff is very friendly. My only concern is that they take forever to respond to voicemails and getting my prescriptions filled when I need them is nearly impossible. It was 2 weeks late by the time my pharmacy could get ahold of them They are probably just really busy bc they are so popular. Highly recommend :)

I drive an hour and a half for Dr. Hazelbaker. I love the doctors, nurses, and the environment. I cant imagine ever seeing anyone else.
