I was very unhappy with the treatment I received here overall. I was already concerned when I realized that I wasnt sent all of the new patient paperwork I needed, nor the Patient Rights and Responsibilities print out. The RN took more time with me and listened better than the actual doctor (kudos to her, by the way)! The doctor I saw today was extremely brisk, borderline rude, and acted like she didnt have time to work with me, despite my appointment being at 10:00am. She wouldnt let me explain my symptoms, she kept interrupting me, and was way too interested in the type of insurance I had and where I got it, going so far as to ask me if I had copays or deductibles. When I tried talking to her about my concerns, she dismissed them and refused to talk to me about them at all, even stating that my family history of pre-cancerous cells in some womens cervixes were "their personal history and not a family history" and that it wasnt relevant to me. The only reason I gave this office as high a review as I did was because the RN and desk staff were kind. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere, if possible.

Please do NOT go here. My experience at first was great. The people are friendly thats about it. About two months ago i started to experience some pain in my back, pelvic, and abdominal area followed by shortness of breath and I went to my doctor to tell her about this pain. She didnt listen completely, didnt examine me, and just said that it was round ligament pain and that was normal for pregnancy but the pain only is really severe when Im at work and when I come home from work. So I asked if she could put me on a restriction to do half of the work thats required of me at work so that I dont have to be in pain at work up until I deliver and she told me no. What I cant understand is why cant anything be done about this. I dont want to loose my job because my doctor is insensitive and doesnt care about my safety or my child.

I absolutely adore westside!! I love both the canton and livonia offices. All of the doctors have wonderful mannerisms and have been pleasant and knowledgeable. I love Dr. Mangat especially. Was my gyn before becoming my obgyn, and I have had only wonderful experiences with patient care. Sometimes the wait is a little bit longer than anticipated, but I dont mind for the stellar service.

Office staff is always pleasant and knowledgable. Love this office!! I have gone here for 10 years and wont go anywhere else!
