The staffirst was wonderful. Dr Katz herself was absolutely horrible. I had to bring my son to appointments because usually everyone was at work when I had appointments and it being my only day off I didnt want to miss out on time with him so I brought him along. Not only did Dr Katz tell her staff I need to find someone to watch him or reschedule my appointments if I could not find someone she then said he was a distraction (which he was not) She also cut my appointment short and wouldnt listen to any of my concerns about my pregnancy so far. She is absolutely horrible I wouldnt even suggest her to my worst enemy.

I have seen Dr. Katz for the several years. Dr. Katz and her staff are fantastic! They listen and make sure you understand what you need to do and what is going to happen during a procedure. If Dr. Katz has an emergency and you are waiting to see her in the office, her staff will tell you. And you can either wait or reschedule. My experience with Dr. Katz and her staff has always been positive. Plus, I love the fact that they always have a smile on their face and a friendly greeting when answering the phone! Thanks Dr.Katz! You ladies ROCK!!

Saw Dr. Katz when she was on call as I went into the ER. She was not at all personable and was actually condescending. I had no idea she was the doctor when she first came in, and it shocked me when she came back later that the lady who had been horribly rude to me (I was not a peach, but I was horribly stressed and scared and uncomfortable. I work in healthcare, you should know better than to take things personally) WAS my doctor. There are probably good OBs at Mercy/Promedica, but she is not one of them. So glad she is not my normal doctor.

Never go to this doctor!! I went here and Dr. Katz lied about my blood results. She told me the situation was much worse than what is was and required several follow up visit. I feel I was told this so Dr. Katz could get more money. Dr. Katz was rude and judgmental of decisions I had made regarding my reproductive rights. She was consistently late to appointments and would not provide me access to my medical records though I went through the proper procedures to obtain a copy! Do not go to this doctor!!

If I Was Anyone I Would Definitely Get A Second Opinion When Dealing With Her She Told Me I had Poylp And Needed To Have Surgery Only To find Out By Anothet Doctor That I Dont Have Polyp I dont Need No Type Of Surgey I Just Need To Get My Hormones Knocked Back in Place.

I liked Dr. Katz and her staff. I had my first visit after moving here from the south. All were very nice, informative, thorough and professional. I will become a long term patient and I am going to see her husband as my PCP

I had a very high risk pregnancy, and Dr Katz not only successfully saw me through it, but took time, car, and empathy tro a whole new level. I literally trust her with my life & my babys life.
