Awful business....first I had to make an appointment just to pick out frames. My 9 yr old needed new glasses went to the eye doc got a prescription I had to pick this place cause its the only place that is covered under his insurance went in there with his prescription and they told me i had to make an appointment, the soonest they could get him in was a week so i took that. When we went to the appointment it took maybe 10 min to pick out frames and that was it i had to make an appointment for that and wait a week when my son really needs his glasses????? Thats nuts and then we have to wait 2 to 3 weeks to get the glasses...week three which is today. I call them they dont answer, so I call back and immediately they put me on hold. I sat there waiting for almost 10 min before hanging up. I then had my mom call for me and they did the same exact thing to her. Awful customer service and they have no idea what they are doing. DO NOT GO HERE FOR EYEGLASSES!!!

Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I have a very good insurance company. Since they were in my vision plan I went to see what they had to offer in frames and lenses. There was a sign stating "do not enter" the frame display area! And before I could explain my situation one of the two females informed me I would need an appointment. They were rude and very short with me and as I was leaving she had the audacity to ask if I wanted an appointment!! Do not use this compamy for your eyecare needs... And I am going to report them to my insurance provider in hopes of removing them from the provider list!!

First impressions are everything, and this office exceeded all of my expectations! The lady at the front desk was very nice (even though it was a busy time of day), the assistant was very helpful, and the eye doctor totally put me at ease since it was my first eye exam in about 30 years! Hes very knowledgeable and efficient, I would very much recommend him to anyone! Wait time was excellent, considering how busy it was

Can never get anyone to answer the phone. Ive called twice this week once at 2:30 on Tuesday again today Friday at 4:00. Terrible!!!
