They told me 3-5 days to get my replacement lenses. I called them after 7 days. They told me they would call me back in 5 minutes, no call back. 72 hours later i called them and still no lenses. They told me my lenses where covered for 1 year with the no scratch coating, 3 months later they are scratched, and that i only get 2 replacements not unlimited for 1st year after being told 1 year warranty.

When my only pair of glasses broke, Dr. Shunta and his team were able to get me a new prescription, frames, and glasses while I waited. The service was fantastic. Theyve got a customer for life in me.
