The staffs incompetence continues to astound me, when made aware of their mistakes they were rude about it and hung up without a simple "goodbye". The office called last time to tell me my contact was in.. CONTACT singular.. apparently I should use an eye patch until the other one comes in. They also billed for exams that I never asked for, our whole family has had negative experiences at Owosso Eye Care. I will not go here EVER again.

" I like the quality of care that Dr. Bush gives. I liked the answers to my many questions that I always ask, Dr. Bushs answers pleased me. Worst place to go to get glasses. Staff rude and inconsiderate and didnt want to help me pick out glasses that fit my face.

Always helpful. Got contacts, glasses, etc. there for years. Optometrist always fully explains everything.
