Im so glad I found this optical! The staff is friendly and they were great at getting my appointment scheduled quickly and were helpful with my insurance. The doc is very professional, knowledgeable, but very down to earth. Ive never felt so comfortable at my yearly exam before. She discovered the reason why I had been having trouble with wearing contact lenses and worked with me to find the right contacts. She basically explains my vision and eye health in a way that I can understand clearly. Wish more doctors were like this. I just know Im taken care of whenever I am there.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! They have limited frame options, they are over priced, and the staff is not that nice. I just moved here and was looking for a place to get glasses and I definitely DO NOT plan on returning here. The prescription glasses I received were giving me headaches so I called the office, they told me the doctor went on maternity leave, leaving behind a doctor that was only available three days out the week. My glasses are horrible and she dont allow refunds. Do not spend your cash at this place, find you somewhere better!

I was dissatisfied with my experience with Dr. Best and her policy to not replace frames when clearly it was a manufacturer defect. ~$200 Titanium frames dont just break from normal use without either a defect or abusive handling. I have never dropped them and there are no scratches on my lenses - I only use to read and drive. CLEARLY BAD PRODUCT. Dr. Best has refused to help. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. She is also over priced. Expect to pay more than $500 for your visit.

I rarely do reviews but felt compelled after getting the best eye care I have ever had. Dr.Best is extremely professional and always makes sure to explain everything in a clear and precise manner. I am so glad I decided to give this place a chance after not being fully satisfied with my last optometrist. If you are looking for a great place for eye care then look no further. Great location and staff! Highly recommend!

My visit to Dr. Best was purely an insurance call but I could not have been more satisfied. She explained everything to me in a professional, empathetic manner. I was seen promptly. The staff was friendly and courteous. The facility clean and high tech. What a refreshing departure from incompetent professionals and high pressure sales people! I will be a patient for life. There has been a staff member or two over the years that we may not have particularly loved but everyone weve encountered recently has been wonderful. We plan to continue going here for years to come and definitely recommend them.

Easy to get an appointment. She is very knowledgable and I got a very thorough examination - better than the one I got from an ophthalmologist. The only negative was a small selection of frames, but I found a pair that were fine for me
