Ive been coming here for a two to three years and Im sad to say I will not return. Every time I come, I wait for an hour or so. I spoke with the operations manager and she basically argued with me as to why I had to wait so long. She told me they were on the phone for an hour dealing with a scam. Not sure what that has to do with the doctor?! She was very rude and argumentative. They expect their co-pay on time, I expect my doctor on time. Dr Gottlieb is the only one saving that operation with his personable services, but Im sad to say I wont be returning.

Dr. Gottlieb is the reason I go to this practice, he is very thorough and tweaks my prescription to where Ive had the best vision in years. 20/20! You may have to wait but assuming its reasonable duration its worth it, no other practice tried as many different brands/methodologies of contacts till I got the perfect fit!
