I have used them twice the first time was a wonderful and professional experience, however upon my return for glasses this year it was the exact opposite ! The person helping me was obviously not prepared or trained she could not answer the simplest questions in regard to lenses, differences in services and charges. Then she quoted me a price of $350.00 for a frame which i found out not only was discontinued but the Manufacturers website listed at $229.00 MSRP

I gave 2 stars due to the very arrogant, rude, unfriendly girls at the front desk. I will give 5 stars to Dr. Sharon Ellis. She was very friendly and professional. I cant see how she stays so upbeat and happy when working with such sour and catty women. I will say if you can get past the poor customer service (both in person and by phone) the care Dr. Ellis takes to be sure everything is perfect makes the ordeal worth while.

I have been so pleased with their service over the last many years. I have event opt to go to their location even when I didnt have insurance coverage because of their wonderful service. Brenda and the entire group is fantastic! You will never be disappointed. Their go out of their way to please and assist!!! Love this group of women.. I give them a 5 star rating!
