Horrible Customer service! Called to make an appointment because of an arm injury due to a fall and nothing was available for Dr Crossley so I was offerd to see Dr Rivera. I accepted the same day appointment (145) and then after giving my personal information was told by the receptionist that I should go to an ugent care. I explained to her that I would rather not because of the wait times and illnesses at urgent care and that I would kust like the 1:45 appointment. Her response was that it will be the same when I come to the office (an hour wait). I WAS BEING REFUSED after I was told there was an appointment available! I asked to speak with Dr Crossley or her Nurse (Sandy, whom i have always delt with and never any trouble). I felt it was important they know how i was being treated. I was told that neither one was available (i even offered to wait on hold). I instead got the office manager who i explained what was going on and told her I would like to speak with Sandy or Dr Crossley. She proceeded to tell me that Sandy was just a medical assistant and not a nurse and that there is a big difference between the two (as if I dont know the difference, im a licensed health care worker) and that she wouldnt be able to help me. She (the office manager) then offered me an appointment with Dr Crossley for the following day. I said "no I just made the appointment for Rivera for today" Then she tells me Dr Rivera does not have an appointment available. What?? I asked her why i was lied to then and why did she just take all my info and tell me there was a 1:45 appmt??? She then said that i COULD come to the Dr appmt with Rivera at 1:45!! What?? Now its available again??? Um yeah, NO THANKS! At this point i dont trust the front desk! What a complete messed up way to handle patients!!! I really hope this eventually gets to Dr Crossley and Sandy since I was refused when asked to speak to them. They need to know how awful their patients are being treated. And in addition to this incident it was about a year and a half or two years ago i was told by the front desk person that i could bring in my daughter who had a high fever to be looked at, so i made the 45 minute drive with her and waited 30 minutes in the waiting room only to be told once we were called up to the window that because she had another dr as primary on her ins (even tho Dr Crossley had seen her before) she couldnt be seen. I THEN OFFERED TO PAY CASH AND WAS DENIED! My daughters temp was 104 and they sent me out of the office! I stopped at urgent care on the way home and she tested positive for influenza A!! Ive always liked Dr Crossley and Sandy but how can a patient be okay with being treated like this and given the run around? Is a patients time no more valuable than anyone elses?

My elderly mother was a patient of Dr. Crossleys. My 80 lb. elderly mother, I should add. And, Dr. Crossley proceeded to prescribe prescriptions & doses that were more suited for a person half her age and twice her weight. Although, my mother should not have been attending the doctor unsupervised, it shocks me that the doctor prescribed whatever my mother asked for. With the doctor not realizing that she was self-medicating and in a drug induced fog because of these prescriptions. The amount of anti-anxiety & anti-depressants that my mother was taking was more than alarming. She was in such a state, that my mother couldnt remember when or if she had taken her medication. She went back to Dr. Crossley, and she didnt recognize this, and she upped the dosage. Telling my mother that it was her anxiety that was causing her to not remember or being able to find or remember things. My mother was always quick witted, and never at a loss for words, so this was alarming. After a lengthy stay in the hospital, and a gradual reduction in meds under a qualified doctors care, my mother is back to her old self once again. I have never met Dr. Crossley, nor do I wish to, I just hope this isnt how she treats all of her elderly patients.

I love doctor Savage but the staff is unacceptable. More so the big black women up front. She will completely ignore you and then open her window "can I help you?" Getting a hold of any staff in general is a joke. We finally get in for baby girls shots, they dont have them in stock and said they should be in within 3 days, and they would call us. A week and a half goes by, no call. I call (many times) FINALLY get in contact with someone and surprise surprise, the shots are in. Switching docs immediately

I am a patient of doctor Rivera and I am having side-effects with some pills I got from her but I am not able to get through to her due to the ridiculous automated phone lines. If I push the button that is supposed to patch me through to a nurse or doctor that can help it sends me to the prescription line which isnt even an option. The doctors are good, getting a hold of them through the obnoxious automated phone is the problem.

The quality of care and warmth of the staff have been good for me and my family. However, getting a hold of someone from the office is enough to negate any blood pressure medicine Im taking. The automated system for making an appointment is about as useful as Rapunzel with cornrows. Its sort of absurd that it takes several hours of phone tag and three separate conversations for someone to put my name down on a calendar.

Like most of the comments, I find the automated system ridiculous! If only physicians would realize what it means to a patient to speak to a real person when the phone rings!!! I have also had a couple issues making appointments when I needed to be seen quickly...ended up at urgent care. The staff was great when I was there recently.

Horrible horrible phone system. The absolute worst of any medical office that I have ever experienced. Love the doctors and staff but they really need to get the phone system re-done

Weve been going to this office for about 2 years and havent had an issue. Im not sure what everyone elses problem is, possibly expecting too much and playing doctor themselves?
