This place did not care properly for my toddler, and NEARLY KILLED ME! When my 3 y.o. son had a deep cut next to his eye, they held us for 2 hours only to discover they were out of glue! And Im kind of glad they were out of it; I ended up taking him to Childrens hospital in Troy, where he got 2 stitches professionally installed, as turns out skin glue was not recommended with the cut as deep as his was. Two weeks later I had allergic reaction to antibiotic, and I called them asking what should I do, go to urgent care or emergency. They advised me to come in to be evaluated, so my mother-in-law drove me in as I couldnt even sit straight. One of the doctors gave me a steroid shot, and arrogantly brought in an intern to show her my condition and the results of the shot. Well, the results were quite poor: I pretty much collapsed, unable to breath, and started entering cardiac arrest. They scrambled to do something, and realizing I may very well die here if nothing is done (and I cant just make my son an orphan in such a stupid way), I MYSELF started giving directions!! With all the energy I had left I told their nurse to give me oxygen mask (which he fumbled with), and I told the doctor to call 911 immediately. Luckily, paramedics arrived very fast; I was transferred to Henry Ford WB emergency room (where I should have gone in the first place!) and treated properly for severe allergic reaction. And after all this, this practice had a nerve to send me 2 separate bills, for my sons and my own visits... Not in my life time am I returning to this ignorant, unprofessional "practice". Their good looks are just a cover-up for the lack of skills and experience, and very poor processes behind the scenes.

honestly do not know how this place has 5 star reviews across the board. I trusted reviews and decided to go to this walk in. The clinic is very modern which is great but the service was expensive and not good. First off they had no clue what was wrong with me so they took blood test. Said they would call me back the next day. I ended up calling back four days later to check the results. They said it came up I had inflammation they gave me an anti inflammatory said they would have the lab run more test. They said they would call me with results. Another week went by no call. So I called the clinic and the desk said that on the report it didnt say the Dr. Ordered anymore test. She said she would have the Dr call me and now here I am another week later no call from the Dr. Im now back in North Dakota so I will be able to see my Dr. But this place was a waste of $130. After reviewing them they gave me a call right away then posted they had solved the issue. That they defiantly did not do. Also there call was 30 minutes after I left a review that shows me what this clinic really cares about. Save money visit a different clinic. UPDATE Dr called and gave me a hard time about my adding previous update.

Best Urgent Care facility Ive been to by far! Went in for a knee injury on a Wednesday night around 6pm and there was no wait at all. The office is very nice and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. The nurse was great - very thorough and knowledgeable. I didnt feel rushed or unimportant. The doctor was awesome as well! She explained my injury and all of my treatment options without making me feel like an idiot. She even showed me pictures of the different kinds of braces and explained why her recommendation was the best option. I live in Detroit, so the office is a bit far, but I would not hesitate to make the drive again if the need arises! I highly recommend Emcura Bloomfield!

I needed a health screening for my new job and insurance. I checked in online the night before. I was in on time, everyone was really friendly. The nurse took my blood and did an amazing job. I couldnt even see the needle entry point. Dr Shupak (sp?) Was amazing. She took time to go over my heath history and asked me several times if there was anything else that she could do for me in terms of my health. She gave me some great advice and was very compassionate. I didnt feel like I was even in a doctors office. The nurse Mecah (sp?) Was great and he made myself and my 4 yo daughter very comfortable while drawing my blood. I would recommend this office!!

Wonderful experience! Went in for an evaluation after work. Despite it being 8:40pm on a Monday night, they graciously took me in (2 minute wait!) and spent a good hour on my care. This was far better than my former internist, where I would wait in the waiting room for an hour, then get rushed through my physicals. I got the impression that they cared for my health and that is a big deal to me. I look forward to returning in the future for routine check ups for both myself and my family. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for both urgent and routine care. Thank you Emcura!

So, when I say this is the most superb urgent care facility I have ever been serviced at. I genuinely mean that! Each physician that has provided service has actually listed to my concerns and were very knowledgeable. I have enjoyed my experience so much so, that I wish Emcura was the office of my primary care physician. The environment is so serene you would forget you were at a medical clinic; It has "spa-esque" feel, which truly embodies the philosopy of wellness through the mind, body, and spirit!

After arriving in the Bloomfield Hills area, my cellulitis flared up again. Needing pretty quick and quality care, I luckily found Emcura on the web...because it was the closest facility to my hotel. What luck! Im so appreciative of the highly professional and personal care I received from staff and particularly from Drs. Kesliker and Sookkassikon. The personal follow-up on two occasions with a phone call to me were an indication of their terrific service. Im very grateful.

I moved to Michigan from Virginia Beach, where I utilized Urgent Care as my family Dr. All of my records were easily transferred from Urgent Care to Emcura. Emcura was recommended to me from an associate. Dr. Kesliker took care of everything and continues to give outstanding service. Very professional, kind, friendly, and efficient. This office is great! Definitely somewhere you can trust and feel comfortable.

My husband found these docs accidentally..and they have been blessing to our family for years. We now go here instead of making appointments with family docs. The doctors here are personal, they take time to listen to you and they treat you based on whats best for your bodies healing. They treat you like a friend not a patient or a case. I highly recommend going to emcura.
