Upon your very first call you will notice no one ever answers the phone. Try all of the extensions... billing, refill a script, set up an appointment, or even the office manager... everyone appears to be checked out to lunch most of the day. After 3-8 calls you will finally reach someone. If you were lucky and got through on the first call, congratulations. I spent nearly an hour to ever speak with anyone. Forget about them ever getting in touch with you regarding the many tests that you have taken.. blood pressure off the charts? High Cholesterol? blood work been done for a month...? You can count on dieing before anyone calls you to tell you a thing. I just cannot believe that their idea of follow up is you spend hours of your week trying to get anyone to pick up a phone. ridiculous!!!! The sad part is Neshewat is a pretty good guy. But he just doesnt have a clue about hiring apparently. As the owner of a business it is their own responsibility to occasionally call or have someone else call their own business to make sure their phone answering system is working correctly. The other example that made me give such a terrible review is that I literally asked the same question to several people upon 3 occasions and was absolutely 100% of the time given a different answer on all occasions. There has not been any standard operating procedure with the staff, and in this day and age with the cost of health coverage it is not worth wasting your time with a place like this after so much out of pocket costs.

Awesome, Awesome, doctor..... Great Service at the office. I drive 45-50 minutes just so that I can be seen by Dr Neshewat. The staff is very professional, the office is always clean the waiting room is very comfortable. Dr. Neshewat is extremely thorough, detailed and thoughtful a true definition of what a doctor should be. You cant find a better doctor period.
