Here is just one example of the office unprofessionalism: I was there for a recent, scheduled appointment (just a cleaning) and was sitting in the reception area just prior. An older gentleman came in and told the front desk that he had an appointment in a couple hours but was out running errands and wanted to see if they could see him right then. A person at the front desk told the patient no, that there were no current openings and that hed have to wait until his scheduled time. Then she proceeded to tell him that one of their usual assistants (she used the persons name) was ill and was at the doctor. This alone seemed like a great violation of said assistants privacy. Then the older man seemed a bit confused and then the front desk person proceeded to say something along the lines of "Oh you know, the fatter one..." I was like WOW. If this is how they talk about each other in front of PATIENTS, how do they act when were not there? And how do they talk about the patients behind our backs? This is inexcusable behavior to say the least.

I absolutely love everything about Lake Orion Family Dentistry! I wish all doctor offices were ran in this same manner. It is always meticulously clean, the staff is always friendly, and you are treated as an actual person, instead of another number. The staff takes notes of things you talk about and will follow up with your life at the next visit. They are my standard for a doctors office, which makes it difficult for me to find other doctors that can compare.

Be careful. They will bill u for services that you do not need!!!! Do not trust this business
