Well after they lost my paperwork twice and gave me rude customer service I should have walked away then. However when you have state insurance your options are limited. The fact that she is a minor and I was refused to go with her left me unsettled, but my little one convinced me she could handle it. After some time the dentist came out with her, they informed me that she had 12 cavities that needed to be filled. Whats interesting is that a week later, her school provided a dental exam for all their students and her exam came back clean with no cavities. Just saw an esisode of 20/20 on abc and saw a clinic that displayed similar behavior to great expressions. I couldnt imagine if I actually went through with the fillings. Side note: I went to a third dentist and they confirmed - no cavities.

My kids have been patients there for years. Both the dentist and hygenist are outstanding, they really care about kids. Front office has been hit and miss. Some really friendly office personnel to just ok. Then again, its about dental care, not making friends with the front office.

service provided was outstanding, dr abbass did great job explaining my treatment , I do recomend dr abbass, especially if you have fear from the dentist, very gentle and caring. great place. Staff and hygenist were great too.
