I have narcolepsy and Dr. Medina has been my physician since 2012. Hes literally one of the kindest, most caring doctors Ive ever had. I been on several different medicines because of my body created a tolerance to my medicine or the side effects. Even then he just doesnt give up. Judy at the front desk is always nice and respectful. Dr. Irene was really sweet and knowledgeable. The sleep study analysist was very patient and informative. The only complaint I have is the lady who answers the phone in the morning comes off as impatient and rude sometimes and the lady who deals with medical records takes forever. I needed my records sent ASAP 5 days ago. When I called again the excuse was she didnt know what all needed to be sent as if I didnt tell them and my phone number isnt on file.

Dr. Medina is one of the best Physicians Ive ever met. Hes a very genuine, honest, caring, detailed and sharp physician who is full of Faith. Ask any of his patients and friends, and they would agree full heartedly. Additionally, hes got a great hard working staff who really cares about their patients health. And just to let you know, the office takes really good care of their patients with sleeping problems, breathing problems, and any kind of primary care problems.
