THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! The two women in the front are rude, inconsiderate, thoughtless, mean, and down right nasty to you when you question or ask anything to benefit YOU, you know the patient? Yeah, no regard for patients and their schedules and worst of all they do not communicate properly AT ALL. They will give you zero notice about tests, refuse to create a general game plan so it can be accomplished, and god forbid you dont have the 100s of dollars OUT OF POCKET every week so you can keep getting tests done. Do they tell you any of this when you come in for the initial appt? NOPE. They hand you scribbles on pieces of paper and send YOU to figure out how to get all your tests done. THEY LITERALLY DO NOTHING TO HELP YOU FIGURE OUT WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU. This place needs to get shut down. It is small, and lacking most of anything to be called a doctors office. I waited 6 months for an appt and this is the hugest disappointment in my life. I cant believe I wasted 6 months waiting to be treated and helped only to be told constantly that I need to go spend more money, and that they dont have room to fit me in for a consultation. Seriously disgusted.

Doctor Markowitz is great as long as you do what he wants. Staff is horrible, they are rude and do not care much about making you feel comfortable there. Every time i call to get a prescription they make me feel like i am doing something wrong or trying to be malicious in some way. As far a treatment regimens go, he is a very smart guy and he figured out that i have hemochromatosis, and is very effective in his treatments. i would recommend him but not the staff.

Dr. Markowitz is an infectious disease specialist. He is currently treating me for Lyme disease and I have been very happy with the treatment and progress I have experienced thus far.
