Friendly, but this is not the place to go if your child has issues with a wandering eye accompanied with focus issues (visual & behavioral). Theyll tell you that glasses should fix the problem (because thats what theyre trying to sell you), magically find a prescription with almost 0 strength, and the glasses wont fix a thing. Its almost as if theyve never heard of vision therapy (a legitimately recognized treatment/cure for many vision issues) If your child is having issues focusing, not just eyes, but behaviorally as well, find a place that provides "vision therapy". They dont just try to give you glasses, they address the entire issue, and provide with tools & therapy to actually address the issue.

The entire staff from the receptionists/technicians to the doctors were incredibly friendly. It was extremely easy to schedule an appointment and there was minimal wait once I arrived to the office. Dr. Sutter did a great job explaining my options for contact lenses and answered any questions that I had.
