Id highly recommend Dr. Schwartz Family Vision Practice. His practice is located at the Costco on Norton Healthcare Blvd. Dr. Schwartz carefully examined my eyes & was very forthcoming about my eye health as it stood and going forward. I really appreciated how he took the time to explain his assessment in detail, listened attentively to my concerns, and answered my questions fully. I will definitely return when its time for my next check up and Im also likely to make an appointment for my mother who has Alzheimer. If hes able to see such patients, based on my own experience I trust his level of care. Id also like to add that the front desk receptionist was very kind and professional. During the times I visited, they seemed to get a little busy. I was impressed with how well she handled the busyness and Dr. Schwartz jumped in and helped too when necessary. Quality customer service should always be paramount and never forgotten and they demonstrated this importance.

Dr. Schwartz was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I saw him for an eye exam for glasses and for new contacts. I often get dry eyes when I wear contacts and he suggested a few different contact types that might help eliminate the problem. He let me try samples and see what felt best to me. Since my visit with him, I havent had any troubles with dry eyes when I wear my contacts. It was really an all around good experience. I definitely recommend him!

Dr. Schwartz was friendly, professional, quick and patient!! I had a great experience!! Would definitely recommend to others ***It wouldnt let me post a new review, so Im adding one as an edit half a year later - Dr. Schwartz went out of his way when my contact order didnt arrive in time for an important event and made sure I was covered. More acts of kindness such as this should exist, and definitely earn my repeat business!

Excellent service. I really appreciated the fact that Dr. S. found a problem with my old lenses, and when I got my new ones from COSTCO they worked immediately. Plus Docs advise to buy readers for close work (I work on a computer all the time) and I have much less eye strain as a result. Saved me money, seeing better, heck, I feel like going back just for the hell of it.

Great level of professionalism and customer service. Do understand that he runs 30 minute appointments and remains courteous to patients before and after you. Also, he is a straight talker - so be prepared! Warmed up to me after our second visit - went out of his way to ensure that I had a great contact lens fit. I would strongly recommend this Doc!

Dr. Schwartz noticed that the receptionist and other staff were not on the sales floor and he came out of his examining room to offer help. I was given an appointment within 30 minutes and I was very pleased with Dr. Schwartzs knowledge and professionalism. Ive been wearing glasses for a long time and he is by far the best optometrist Ive ever had!

My recent experience at the Walmart Family Vision Center was excellent. Not only was Dr. Schwartz very professional but the staff worked extra hard with me to find an excellent pair of glasses within my budget. We are not patients of Dr. Dr. Schwartz yet - A few weeks back my wife had a twitching eyelid and I sent a request for an appointment - Dr. Schwartz replied by email on a long holiday weekend and using his advice we didnt need to come in for an appointment - We look forward to our first appointment on Saturday 8 July 2017.

Dr. Schwartz is great. He is very appreciative of your business with him. Very explanatory and kind. Listens to you as a patient and doesnt talk down to you. I left a high end boutique eye doctor that cast me hundreds of dollars more and he was not appreciative or friendly. I would recommend my family or friends here.

The doctor its ok but i have my doubts about the quality of the glasses, so I compare prices between jc Penney optical and Walmart and they have similar prices but jc Penney glasses are much better sorry vision family
